What is the turn around time for orders?
NEW! – WE ARE DOING INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DURING CHRISTMAS! ALL ORNAMENT ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED ON DECEMBER 5th VIA SELECTED METHOD OF MAILING.
1. All fine art prints are made once your order is placed. This means that we do not keep piles of prints in stock. We begin processing and preparing art for print the day we receive your order.
2. Fulfilling an order takes 3 days or less to process (unless it is a large order, then it can take a week), print & ship to all U.S. addresses. All orders outside of the U.S. will vary according to location.
3. We ship all orders via UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day or UPS 2 Day. All orders outside the U.S. are usually shipped via US Postal Service and may take an average of 4 to 14 days longer than Domestic shipping. International orders sometimes get stopped in customs for inspection and we unfortunately have no control over this! You will get your print!!

Transit Time – The actual transit time depends on the shipping method. Most Global Express, Air Letter, or Air Parcel average approximately 3 to 12 days. Surface post can take several weeks in transit and may be more likely to be held up in customs.
Customs – Because orders may need to go through the destination county’s customs service, we cannot predict actual delivery time. The smaller or lighter packages such as shipping tubes usually move right through without a delay. This is not to say that a smaller parcel or tube will not be held up in customs but from our experience, larger bulkier boxes seem to have a greater tendency to be delayed there. In some instances this can hold up an order for couple of weeks.
How will I know when my order is shipped?
Once your order has shipped, an email will be sent with a tracking number if you live in the USA.

If you receive your art, and it is in some way damaged from shipping, please contact us immediately. We can not do refunds for customized artwork. Unless damage is present from shipment.
